Call for Speakers

ACCELERATE! Live 2012 planning has begun!  We are looking forward to another successful year and need your help!  We are seeking presentation submissions that provide practical takeaways for attendees on topics related to:

  • Goal planning, setting and obtaining stratgies
  • Filling the Pipeline + Conducting Winning VA/Client Sales Conversations
  • Solo VA Businesses: Managing Overflow with Subs & the Multi-VA Business Model
  • Suggest a topic you feel would be relevant and exciting to our delegates

The theme for ACCELERATE! Live 2012 is “Oceans of Opportunity”.

This event will provide business building ideas, lessons and hands-on implementation sessions for the professional virtual support community.

Areas covered in our past ACCELERATE! Live event include: business, marketing and entrepreneurial mindset, legal business structures and contracts, making sense of your financials, create and sell service/support packages, turn ideal prospects into high paying clients, managing client perceptions, marketing planning, create your signature product, technology tools, nuts and bolts, content marketing, and audio/video services: creation and editing

We are looking for creative, out-of-the-box thinkers to come forward and pitch relevant topics they would like to present that would be of interest and benefit to the virtual support professional.

Speaker Compensation

As we are keeping the event as affordable as possible for our attendees, we are not offering payment to speakers, and do not have the resources to cover cruise expenses. We are however, offering special rates to our speakers, which will be discussed if your proposal is selected.

How are Proposals selected? 

Proposals are evaluated based upon:
  • Providing value to the virtual support professional attendees.
  • Providing practical takeaways for the attendees. (The more hands-on, the better.)
  • The timeliness of the information.
  • The information is revelant to the proposed topic.
  • The content expands attendees’ current knowledge.
  • The content includes an appropriate number of examples to support the information.
  • The inclusion of three good, solid insights.
  • Past speaking evaluations and experience support the topic.
