Finding and making the time to be away from my business is never an easy thing. Between the money events cost me and the time I’ll be away from doing client work I really have to look at the benefit of the time away and make sure I’m getting the most out of the conference. The decision to attend ACCELERATE! Live was relatively easy after I looked at the line-up of speakers. It’s not often that you get that high a caliber of trainers in one room all dedicated to helping you with your business. Like most people, I went into the even with expectations of what I was hoping to get out of it. Surprisingly the conference far surpassed even my highest expectations. I came away with a huge binder of handouts and information that will allow me to put in action everything that I learned at the event. The contacts I made at this conference was more than I expected. The intimate feel of the event allowed me to really get to know so many of the attendees that now I have a large group of people that I know I’ll be able to refer people to or that I can call on for help. Working for yourself you sometimes feel like your by yourself, this even really helped me to make, renew, and build relationships with other business owners so I know I’m not in it alone. I highly recommend ACCELERATE! Live to anyone considering it for their business. This event is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in all the live conferences I’ve attended. The trainers, the workshops, the topics, and the people make this event a definite must attend for me and is already on my calendar and in my budget for next year.

First, I met both Pam and Kristi at a previous conference and knew that the quality of this conference would be first-class and I was not disappointed. The cost of the conference was also very affordable. The Accelerate Live conference had a little bit of everything – no matter if you were just considering working in a virtual environment, just starting out or an old hand at it. Even after nearly ten years, I was able to walk with reminders of things I should be doing, ideas of new things to implement, and a solid plan for getting others implemented right away. Thank you Kristie and Pam, for a fab Accelerate! Live conference in Vegas last week (October 11-14, 2011). This conference is a must for all virtual professionals, especially those that are just starting out. I loved the ‘everything included’ price and in Vegas, there’s always lots of choices for unwinding at the end of our content packed days.
Three things that really stand out for me are the life-long contacts I made, the rocking business strategies I learned, and the mindset that every Virtual Assistant must have to be successful in their business.

The only obstacle that was in my way of attending ACCELERATE! Live was my budget which was solved when I won the scholarship. The conference was everything I thought it would be and more.
